The exciting news has followed The Hippodrome’s highly successful launch of two Evolution Gaming products in 2017. One was the developer’s full range of online Live Casino services, and the other was a physical Evolution Gaming Dual Play Roulette table at its underground casino, Lola’s.
New Table on the Casino’s Main Floor
The addition of a second Dual Play Roulette table scheduled for Q3 demonstrates high demand for the product, and it will be located on the Hippodrome’s main gaming floor for 24/7 play.
This placement will mean that players at the London casino will see the new product the moment they walk onto the floor, as well as from the venue’s upper levels. This in turn will enable the Hippodrome to promote the many advantages of Dual Play, such as the ability for online players to virtually join land-based players in the very same games, at a single table, from practically anywhere around the globe.
Additionally, players at the Hippodrome itself will be able to continue playing at the Dual Play Roulette table from their mobile devices while they are dining at the establishment’s restaurants. Just like the Dual Play table at Lola’s, the second table will also be made available as a B2B service for Evolution’s many licensees as well. From the moment the table is launched, all Evolution operators who have opted in to the ‘Live from Lola’s’ stream will also receive the additional Hippodrome live stream.
Companies Comment on the Deal
Hippodrome Casino’s Director of Interactive, George Constantinou, commented on the announcement by noting that his casino’s first Dual Play table has been a great success, with many on-premise players being attracted to the table and hundreds more playing online. He added that the casino was therefore keen to replicate this success by extending the Roulette services to its main gaming floor.
Director of Business Development at Evolution Gaming, James Stern, also noted that the Hippodrome is an iconic gambling and entertainment destination. As such, he said, his company believes that online players who try the Hippodrome’s Dual Play tables will be prompted to visit the casino in person too, especially since the Lola’s table has already created so much interest among the venue’s regular patrons.
