Wazdan LogoOnline games developer Wazdan has hired yet another well-known name in the industry, this time to fill the role of Account Manager. This rapidly expanding company has made several key hires as of late, and Alessandro Sposito is the latest member to join the team.

Sposito will be filling the position of Account Manager. He is responsible for supporting the company’s clients and partners to further improve the company’s presence in game development and innovation.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Alessandro started his career in the industry as a dealer for Portomaso Casino 18 years ago. He has since worked in the industry in customer service, administration, and casino management until he landed his first account manager job at Play’n Go.

He brings with him a unique perspective gained through many years in the industry.

Wazdan Head of Sales Andre Hyla has said that from the beginning Alessandro has clearly shared the company’s unique vision. Hyla believes that the new Account Manager will strengthen the company’s development, and to this end, he has been allocated leading clients to grow and develop. Alessandro's new client list includes well-known industry leaders such as GoWild, Softgaming, 888win.bet, and River iGaming to name but a few.

A Thriving Brand

Alessandro is only the latest in several new recruits joining the company. Wazdan recently hired CMO Jeremy Fall, previously of the Rank Group, David Mann of William Hill in business development, and Lauryn Duncan in sales.

Wazdan’s recruitment drive has not distracted its creative team. The company has been raking in the awards this year. It was recently nominated for the Best Gaming Innovation Award, received the Hot Product Award at Asia G2E, and Start-Up of the Year from the 2018 Malta iGaming Excellence Awards.

The company has been creating games for over 10 years and it has incorporated some unique features. Wazdan games are all equipped with the company’s trademarked Volatility Level™. This enables players to set the games volatility according to their own preferences. A high setting results in fewer wins but higher jackpots and the lower settings allow frequent wins of smaller amounts. The energy saving mode lets mobile players extend their devices battery life and the double screen gives players three viewing angles.

The company’s innovation and customer focused culture has led to them supplying industry leading operators, and with key new hires they are sure to grow from strength to strength.
